1、检查润滑泵压力是否在标准范围，加油周期是否正常，储油罐内油液面是否在高低油位之间，少油则及时添加润滑油。

   2、请及时排除空压机及空气过滤中的积水，并保持空气过滤油杯中的油量充足(油量占油杯2/3容积)。

   3、检查气压表，确认压力在6kg/cm²+0.5kg/cm以内。

   4、检查主轴内锥孔空气吹气功能是否正常，并用擦拭棒擦拭主轴内锥孔。

   5、清洁刀柄、简夹、刀具，并注意防锈处理。

   6、检查电子手轮和操作面板表面是否有油污和杂物，随时确保表面清洁。

   7、维持机器四周环境整洁，及时清理工作台及导轨伸缩护罩周边的铁屑。

Daily Maintenance  

    1, check whether the pressure of the lubrication pump is in the  standard range, whether the refueling cycle is normal, and the oil level  in the storage tank is normal.  

   If the oil level is between high and low, add lubricating oil in time if there is less oil. 

   2, please remove the water in the air compressor and air filter in time, and keep the oil in the air filter oil cup full.  

Enough (oil accounts for 2 / 3 of the oil cup volume). 

   3, check the air pressure gauge, confirm that the pressure is within 6kg / cm2 + 0.5kg / cm. 

    4, check the spindle inner cone hole air blowing function is normal,  and wipe the spindle inner cone hole with a wiping stick. 

   5, clean the handle, clip, tool, and pay attention to anti-rust treatment. 

    6, check the electronic handwheel and operation panel surface whether  there is oil and debris, at any time to ensure that the surface is  clean. 

    7, to maintain the machine around the environment clean, timely  cleaning of the workbench and rail telescopic shield around the iron  filings.
